The guys at John German uttoxeter branch were outstanding. They were helpful and friendly throughout. They helped us calm our frustrations with certain areas of our transaction and helped us push our purchase along.<br>The valuation of the property we were selling was spot on and we genuinely couldn't ask for a better team to of supported us through.<br>Would highly recommend. We certainly would use again if we moved again (certainly not anytime soon though)

I would highly recommend John German in Uttoxeter for anyone selling their home in the Uttoxeter area. From the moment Matt arrived to talk through the process and pricing, we felt very well looked after. The photographs and particulars are very high quality indeed - nothing was too much trouble and they use the very latest tech. Viewings were frequent and we were always given details about the position of those coming to view by Debbie, Charlotte, Emily and Jayne. Then, once we had found a buyer, the progression was well managed by Becci too. Thanks to everyone involved for a job well done.

Roz at John German was fantastic in helping to sell our house. The process to get the house on the market was very quick and simple. Viewings were booked in to work around us and feedback was provided to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave.
Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her.
All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.
