Recently purchased a property through John German and wanted to review this estate agent as been excellent , strong communication throughout the process , Jayne and staff kept us updated weekly and was able to give us feedback and chase the chain involved .<br>I have used all estate agents in the past within uttoxeter and comparing to ABODE there is no comparable.<br>Some agents don’t work to sell your house this agent proved staff are committed and resilient and confident within their roles.<br>Don’t hesitate to use this agent to sell your home , you won’t be disappointed.

After successfully & smoothly selling & buying a property in 2021 with the Uttoxeter branch of John German. We sold our property and also brought with John german the whole experience was made so easy constantly keeping us upto date with feedback on the viewings we had and working hard to show us property's, everyone was so friendly and tried there best to answer any concerns we had , to be given a dedicated member of staff once we had sold and brought to do all the chasing up was amazing and took the pressure off us (thanks vicky) .I would highly recommend John german and would not hesitate to use again .

Amazing experience buying our property with John German Uttoxeter. The communication has been brilliant from start to finish. A special mention to Debbie who has gone the extra mile to arrange multiple viewings for us whilst making the whole process seamless and stress free.

Roz at John German was fantastic in helping to sell our house. The process to get the house on the market was very quick and simple. Viewings were booked in to work around us and feedback was provided to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave.
Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her.
All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.
