I used this estate agent to sell my house and i couldn’t recommend them enough. From start to finish they kept me updated from when they came out to value my house until exchange. I originally had a few estate agents out to value my house jones and chapman said the highest value and managed to achieve that price for me. Thank you

An incredibly frustrating and unprofessional ordeal buying a house through Jones and Chapman. No clear communication throughout the transaction for example they gave the sellers a solicitor they couldn’t even use which caused a 4 week delay, they didn’t notify me and ignored my calls the whole time. To get communication off them twice had to drive to the office and resorted to calling from an unknown number and my work phone just so they would pick up. Without me contacting them for updates there would have been further delays like them sending information to a solicitor who wasn’t working and not checking in with my solicitor until I asked them to. Overall an awful experience and would not recommend.

Warning to property owners who are looking to sell their properties: choose your estate agent carefully before putting your property on the market! You could lose potential offers because of your estate agent.<br><br>I tried to contact the agency and sent several emails. After the third attempt, I was finally contacted by phone. During the call, the staff member pretended that she could not hear me in order to end the call as quickly as possible. I continued waiting for her to respond, but she insisted on pretending that she could not hear me. I eventually ended the call and tried to contact the office again, but no one answered the phone.<br><br>I was simply trying to submit an offer to purchase a property they had listed for sale, but unfortunately, there was no way to do so.<br><br>The property is located on Hansby Drive.
