I visited the office to return my keys. While signing paperwork, I overheard three members of staff mocking a family who had just left. The family were not native English speakers and had complained that the property they were due to move into was too dirty to occupy as planned.<br><br>Hearing staff ridicule customers for raising concerns about the cleanliness of their new home was deeply unprofessional. As a white bystander, I also felt the mocking had a racial undertone. The incident left me with a very poor impression of how this agency treats its customers.<br><br>I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Jordan Fishwick, specifically Theo. We viewed a house and made an offer which was accepted after negotiations. We rushed the process with solicitors and others to complete the sale as per the Vendors wishes. However, a week later we received a call to inform us the vendors have accepted a new offer.<br><br>Theo failed to remove the property from the market even though we had provided all the documents, solicitors and mortgage details. We believe it was deliberately left on the market to continue attracting buyers even though we’d had our offer accepted. This situation could have been avoided.<br><br>Absolutely awful service! We’ve been left out of pocket due to the incompetence of Theo.
