Excellent sales. A professional service. Great communication with Annie throughout my sale of house.
The rental team are also excellent. Jordan F rented out my house for 3 years. They got tenants swiftly. They dealt and communciated about every issue well and clearly. Very good! Very good!

Marcus and his cowboys. They wasted a year of our life, clueless about conveyancing laws for flats. I would have more confidence in letting the fish and chip round the corner selling my flat.

NEEDED TO RENT AN APARTMENT.FOUND ONE IN PADFIELD,VIDEO WAS FORGOTTEN,EXCUSE,WE ARE HUMAN.
APPLICATION FORM COULDNT BE OPENED.FOUR DAYS LATER WE MANAGED TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM,BUT TOO LATE LANDLORD HAD ALREADY FILLED THE APARTMENT.
WE THEN WERE DIVERTED TO AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE AT KINDERLEE.
ON MONDAY WE WERE APPROVED,PAID THE £230 HOLDING FEE,WITH
MOVE IN THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY,LUNCHTIME.
HAVING HEARD NOTHING BY 2PM ON THE FRIDAY,I RANG JORDAN FISHWICK FOR AN UPDATE?
WOOPS THE APARTMENT HAD MOLD IN AT LEAST TWO AREAS.AND ALTHOUGH FURNISHED,WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TWO BEDS HAD NO MATTRESSES!!
FURTHERMORE,WE COULD NO LONGER MOVE IN THAT DAY,BUT WITH LUCK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY,AFTER CLEANING.
WE WERE ADVISED TO CHECK IN AGAIN AT THE TRAVELODGE(£70/NiGHT)
NOT WANTING THE ADDITIONAL COSTS,WE CANCELLED,AND RENTED SOMEWHERE ELSE.
10 DAYS LATER I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND OF THE £230 HOLDING FEE.
RUBBISH,AVOID,GO ELESWHERE!

JF Hale valued the property for marketing at £395k .I had an independent valuation by Jones Surveyors done at £430k high to £400k lowest.I instructed JF Hale to market at £430k and the property was sold within a week at £427,500.JF Hale would have cost me money had I not taken independent advice from Jones Surveyors.
