Selling your home and biggest asset is such a rollercoaster of emotions that it really helps to have estate agents who you can trust.<br><br>I found the Kingstons team at Melksham to be thoroughly professional, knowledgable, and realistic (but never pessimistic -even when I felt a bit frustrated) about the market. They also grasped my individual circumstances and what my priorities were in terms speed of sale, price and so on.<br><br>I had complete confidence in Charlotte conducting viewings, Izzy was always on the ball with updates and following up queries, and Callum helpfully stepped in to negotiate price.<br><br>Communication was consistently great. No matter who picked up the phone when I rang the branch, they were up to date on status of my property. And even though mine was a one-bed flat, I never felt 'bottom of the pile'.<br><br>I personally didn't fancy researching local conveyancing solicitors so also asked them for suggestions (which they gave without a hint of a sales pitch) and chose a firm they had worked with a lot and who also turned out to be great (albeit not the cheapest option, but my priority was less stress and valuing speed and efficiency)<br><br>Overall, an excellent service from a very approachable and effective team. Thank you.

Good experience with Kingstons selling family home -although there were a few hiccups along the way with the chains we were always kept informed, great communication with everyone in the office from Ben Clinch to all the ladies . Always felt they had time to reassure, offer advice and were acting well on our behalf. Good promotion of property and great feedback from viewings too. Well done -we got there! Thank you

Kingstons have been on my house purchase journey with me, from the beginning with Izzy, showing me many properties and often at short notice, I found her to be extremely helpful, kind and happy, a joy to be around, nothing has been too much trouble for her, she has kept me informed and up to date the whole way, even when there is no information, she still sent me weekly emails to keep me in the loop.<br>Chloe has also been involved with this purchase, when I struggled with some of the paperwork, she swiftly assisted me, going through, explaining and even printing some pages off for me. Chloe was also involved in my house sale a few months previous I have found her to be the consummate professional.<br>Callum has also kindly assisted with printing off some papers for me to sign. Again nothing is to much trouble.<br>But mostly a very big thank you to Izzy & Chloe, a great team.<br>I recommend unreservedly.

Ben Clinch was very helpful; provided valuations for my late parent's house in Trowbridge when required for tax reasons, and then was very helpful in achieving a sale. Kept me up to date with the process, returned phone calls and gave good advice when asked. Friendly and approachable and helped secure a good price in a difficult market
