????? Absolutely outstanding service from Kingstons!<br><br>We honestly couldn’t recommend Kingstons highly enough. From the very beginning of our house move right through to completion, the whole experience was made so much easier thanks to the incredible team, especially Izzy and Callum.<br><br>Moving house can be incredibly stressful, but they went above and beyond to take so much of that stress away. Izzy in particular was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was always on hand, incredibly responsive, professional, reassuring and genuinely invested in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that we could contact her whenever we needed to — which made such a huge difference during what can otherwise be a very overwhelming time.<br><br>Callum was equally fantastic and both of them were so approachable, friendly and helpful from start to finish. They kept us informed, answered every question we had and made us feel completely supported throughout the whole journey.<br><br>What really stood out was that we never felt like just another customer. They genuinely cared about helping us move and went above and beyond at every opportunity.<br><br>If you’re thinking of moving house and looking for an estate agent, we would wholeheartedly recommend Kingstons. The level of service we received was exceptional, and Izzy and Callum are a real credit to the company.<br><br>Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so straightforward and positive. I honestly cannot recommend Kingston’s Estate Agents highly enough, and in particular, Charlotte, who has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>Ours wasn’t the most straightforward of moves. We had a relatively complex situation and, at times, a chain that seemed determined to test everyone’s patience! When things stalled or problems cropped up, Charlotte didn’t just do the basics, she genuinely went above and beyond to keep things moving, chasing people, finding out what was happening and making sure we were kept informed.<br><br>I’ll also freely admit that I’m probably not the easiest client in the world! I ask questions, I chase, I want to understand what’s happening and, when things aren’t moving, I’m certainly not afraid to pick up the phone. Charlotte never once shied away from that. She was patient, reassuring and refreshingly honest throughout. She always returned my calls and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance, even when I probably was!<br><br>What really stood out was that she genuinely seemed to care about getting us over the line. When the chain stopped and things became difficult, she took ownership rather than simply saying it was someone else’s problem. Having someone like that in your corner during what can be an incredibly stressful process makes an enormous difference.<br><br>Charlotte is an absolute credit to Kingston’s. Give the woman a bloody pay rise, she’s earned it!<br><br>Thank you, Charlotte, and everyone at Kingston’s, for helping us through the complicated bits and getting us to where we needed to be. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for more. ??

We felt Kingstons were top of their game when researching who to list our house with, the senior partners (Ben and Ben) were knowledgeable on the area, down to earth, friendly and above all, knew how to get deals to progress.
