Well, where do I start?<br>Florence and Sarah and the rest of the team at Knight Frank Exeter did the most fabulous job on selling our property Jerwoods Farm, they have been there all the way on what was to prove a not so easy pathway to completion but they stayed with us and boy have they given us support along the way.<br>We can only thankyou with these few words but you know how much we have appreciated what you have done for us, so a great big thankyou to all of you at KF EXETER.<br>Big hugs to you all.<br>Andrew and Felicity.

I contacted Matt Davies to view a property in mid May. After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.

Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Knight Frank to anyone thinking of selling their home. Leigh and Helen gave a balanced and thorough appraisal of the property when suggesting the sale price. From the moment we gave our instructions, Helen and the team were totally brilliant, always keeping us updated, and always responding very promptly to any emails or phone calls. Selling a home can be a very fraught experience, but I felt that we were thoroughly supported throughout. Many thanks to Helen especially, but also to all of the team.

The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience.
