After more than our fair share of bad experiences with estate agents, Lawson and Rutter have been a breath of fresh air. We were with them for four years on our apartment and honestly couldn't recommend them more.<br><br>A huge shout out to Loren Bradshaw and the property management team in particular. Loren is absolutely phenomenal. She consistently went above and beyond, chased things on our behalf before we even had to ask, and always had someone round quickly when we needed it. She brought such genuine care to our time in the flat and we'll be forever grateful.<br><br>If you're looking for an estate agent who actually looks after you, look no further.

We were very satisfied with Lawson Rutter throughout the sales process. Communication was always quick and professional, with a genuine personal touch. The team arranged a large number of viewings efficiently and kept us well informed at every stage. Feedback from viewers was discussed promptly and any issues were handled proactively. Most importantly, they negotiated professionally on our behalf and helped us achieve the valuation price we were aiming for. We would be happy to recommend them.
