We were sold our first flat by the Lawson Rutter Hammersmith team (Alex Bartlett, Pukar Patel & Lynne Morey) four years ago and found them hugely knowledgeable and made the process easy for us. When we recently looked to sell our flat and move out of London, we reconnected with the team and they were easily the most experienced in this area. Within days they had a very smart brochure put together (credit Lynne's marketing skills) and Pukar had lined up several credible buyers. An offer above what any other estate agent had thought they would get was received within four days of marketing the property. From that point we have moved to an exchange date within two months, with Pukar expertly managing all parties up the chain to ensure we were able to progress so quickly. Couldn't recommend highly enough and the absolute go to estate agents in Hammersmith and Fulham.
