Really happy with the service we received. We were originally selling with another company but we were not happy with the competency of the agents. When the sale fell through we were recommended Martyn Gerrard. Usman and James were available for questions and were clear in what the process was. They were reliable with getting viewings and providing advice and feedback.

Edit: Not a fake review - you know me very well, gave you years of opportunities and chased for compensation on multiple occasions. The address was 13b broadway parade n8 9de. You will do nothing to make this right, please don't pretend publicly otherwise.
Very bad experience renting a flat through Martyn Gerrard. We had mold and damp issues in multiple rooms for the entire 2 year tenancy. They broke GDPR sharing my details with a marketing company (reported and they will receive warnings, hopefully fines) and entered the property without my permission on multiple occasions. I'm in the process of opening a case with the ombudsman against them for this.
It was impossible to get hold of anyone there when we had issues. We complained to council and wrote to our MP which finally got them to fix the damp and mold. If you have similar issues, give them 2 weeks to arrange a fix and then go straight to the council otherwise they will 100% ignore you. Deeply concerning and unethical company; a prime example of everything wrong with our country today. Companies like Martyn Gerrard badly need stricter regulations to prevent them exploiting people. The London rental market is a mess and you have to take what you can get, but please avoid these people at all costs where possible.

House buying is one of the most stressful things for most people and when you add other life stressors and I had far too many to list it can become impossible. Writing this sitting on my sofa in my new house; I don't think I could have done it without the Martyn Gerrard staff behind me; Dinesh, Afina and Zac all have been amazing; professional, compassionate, extremely patient and most importantly empathetic. Can't thank you all enough for my happy ending and beginning.

He answered all my questions clearly and confidently, and nothing felt rushed. A genuinely lovely guy who made the whole viewing experience smooth and enjoyable.

Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

We had a really positive experience buying our house with Martyn Gerard. From the very beginning, both Kardine & Bruvis were professional, approachable, and easy to deal with, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward.
Communication was clear throughout, and we always felt kept in the loop at every stage of the purchase. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The process was handled efficiently and with care, which gave us real confidence from start to finish.
