I can't recommend David Yesil at Martyn Gerrard highly enough.<br><br>David recently sold our one-bedroom apartment in Millbrook Park, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. He marketed the property with real energy and quickly generated strong interest, then he built that into a genuinely competitive process. His negotiation was sharp and effective, and it showed in the final result.<br><br>What stood out just as much was how he worked. David was professional, proactive, and consistently communicative, always on top of every detail and never leaving us chasing for an update. He made the whole thing feel calm and well handled.<br><br>If you're thinking of selling in Mill Hill, instruct David. He's an excellent agent who delivers results.
