Never showed up for any of the viewings apart from one when repeatedly requested a show and L the rowdy early ,their knowledge of the property was limited . The description in brochure was reasonably good .

We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful.
Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

I advised my agent that I was considering taking my home off the market and, if I did, what would the outstanding finances be.
Shortly thereafter the "for sale " had been removed and I had an email congratulating me on the sale of my house. I have now lost total confidence in my agent.

Very disappointed with my selling experience with McEwan Fraser. I paid for the upgraded service and definitely did not feel this was value for money. I think all estate agents aren't very good, but I couldn't with a clean conscious suggest McEwan Fraser to anyone. It would often take at least 24hrs for someone to get back in touch with me (sometimes almost a week) and if I called after 6 then the only option was for them to ask someone to call me back the next day. This is one of the key selling points of their upgraded package and it was a total waste of money.

The agent talked up the value of the flat and no-one offered over the valuation price. I have only had 1 private viewer. The rest have been investors. If I'd known that investors were my best option, I would have taken the first offer, despite being 2k below the asking price. Lots of 'informal offers' that don't materials. Poor so far.

Quick to make initial contact, and info flow was excellent. Inverness agent was very helpful as were head office staff
