After a very difficult period with a tenant refusing to leave the property and also refusing to pay rent, We made the decision to take legal action.<br>A search came up with McEwan Fraser Legal and a contact page.<br>Shortly after, I received a call from Rosaleen Doyle (Roz).<br>Roz listened patiently during a lengthy call as i explained all the details including, non-payment of rent, refusal to leave and also damages to the property, Roz then gave an easy to understand explanation of the process and expected timescales.<br>We decided to proceed and started the process, with Roz providing the guidance and expertise required to get us through the various admin involved.<br>During our calls, I found Roz to be supportive when discussing the business details, but also during the personal times when it felt like the stress and anxiety of the situation felt overpowering.<br>With Roz representing us at the tribunal, we were granted the eviction order, and a payment agreement for the arrears.<br>I have no doubt at all, that we wouldn’t have reached this eviction without the assistance Roz provided and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in the same situation.<br>We have our house back<br>Thank You<br>Robert Findlay

Never showed up for any of the viewings apart from one when repeatedly requested a show and L the rowdy early ,their knowledge of the property was limited . The description in brochure was reasonably good .
