I rented through MGY Penarth with Sarah as my letting agent and had an excellent experience. She was always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or issues. Steph Evans from MGY went above and beyond while overseeing the sale of our next property. Steph was extremely proactive and followed up enquiries both up and down the chain to make sure the sale went through on our purchase. I cannot recommend her enough to people. First class service.

Super impressed with this estate agent. Normally there are lots of flaws that bug me with company processes but genuinely this has been faultless and we've actually been impressed with features they offer.
They have an automatic notification system which tells you when bookings are scheduled, then a feedback system after the booking. After a month they also send you analytics on how you're doing on rightmove.
Luca was very busy doing regular viewings and got us a great result from doing so, very personable. Also gave consistent feedback on what the viewers thought which was useful for knowing the pros and cons of the property. So we had a chance to make amendments if we wanted. Also helped us to know whether there was any serious leads or not.
We gave the company the keys and didn't visit the property at all during the viewing process. They were trustworthy and kept it in same condition it was left.
Overall, its been a great experience using this company. All the staff members we dealt with (5) were efficient, friendly and easy to navigate with. They've helped create a smooth process from start to finish, which is hard when theres high stakes as you're selling the most expensive thing you own and love.
Our property sold in a month and a half, we had listed it at slightly more than their highest estimate and achieved what they had originally estimated, which was more than another local company had valued (PA).
The pics/vids/bio they did looked great, house looked better than I'd ever seen it. Took screenshots just so I can remember it looking so nice
Definitely recommend.

I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser.
They’ve gone above and beyond.

Avoid renting with this company! If I could put 0 stars I would as I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism - Writing on behalf of my family member.
From the start of our renting journey with Chris John to the end when they had been taken over by MGY it was just an absolute nightmare. Rude staff, no urgency whatsoever to complete repairs even when urgent and just generally unprofessional.
You can be waiting days if not weeks for a response or update. Even once we vacated the property the company continued to be rude and unhelpful.

Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to MGY who helped me sell my home, they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish!
Special mention to Nikki in the Sales Progression Dept, she was an absolute star! Always quick to reply, kept me updated on everything, and honestly made the whole process way less stressful than it could have been.
Can’t thank them enough for all their help – if you’re thinking of selling, definitely give them a call.
