Have had dealings with Vicci and the team at MGY in Barry for many years now, through both rentals and sales.<br>Have always received a great service from Vicci, in particular with the recent sale of my property. Good communication, helpful advice and a positive attitude has made the whole process a lot less stressful.<br>Thank you everybody!

Very rude and ableist staff! Spoke to a very disrespectful girl that scolded my partially sighted partner for making a mistake on a form! As she clearly wasnt brought up properly i feel she needs to have some training EDL as soon as possible!!<br><br>Edit: this is simply not true. If they didnt intend to be rude or insensitive then they have series social awareness problems. They WERE rude and insensitive which ever way you would like to reframe it!

I have no words to say, MGY- Barry is amazing. Especially, the person who was dealing with our purchase.Vicci,. she was fantastic in her service. As I had very bad experience during my failed purchase in the past, I was asking thousands of doubts to her but she was always there to help and support me whenever I wanted someone. Those who are looking for buying house, I strongly recommend MGY Barry, they know their job well, Outstanding service. Thank you.

I was extremely well served by the agents at MGY at Pontcanna, Cardiff.
They identified numerous viewers and marketed the house well,
In a difficult and rather nervy market, they stuck at it and maintained the pace, showing numerous interested parties around the house each week.
They responded to my enquiries quickly and appropriately and were always available for me to pop in and discuss any questions I may have.
Kirstie looked after me well. She has found a real buyer and the sale is agreed. I am indebted to her for her excellent service.

After time spent abroad I was used to estate agents not readily assisting in my efforts to secure a rental property. Perhaps they wanted an "easier" option than a non standard locally based applicant.<br>However, MGY has a wonderful employee called Sarah, who helped from start to finish with exemplary friendliness and professionalism.<br>Thank you for helping our family, we appreciate your kindness and consideration.

I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser.

Just wanted to give a massive shoutout to MGY who helped me sell my home, they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish!
Special mention to Nikki in the Sales Progression Dept, she was an absolute star! Always quick to reply, kept me updated on everything, and honestly made the whole process way less stressful than it could have been.
