I can’t thank Debbie and the Billingham office enough for everything they did throughout my sale.<br><br>We encountered a major legal issue with a deed of variation, which took over 14 weeks to resolve and caused a great deal of stress and uncertainty. Throughout the entire process, Debbie was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly supportive, always chasing solicitors and other parties for updates, keeping me informed every step of the way, and always available to talk whenever I needed reassurance.<br><br>Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt supported from start to finish.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend Debbie and the Billingham office highly enough. I purchased my first home from the Redcar branch and the service I received was nothing short of amazing. Isobel dealt with my offer initially and put me in touch with Michael Pooles solicitors and mortgage advisor. I was then passed to Helen who helped me throughout my purchase. All the staff at Michael Poole, the solicitors and the mortgage adviser were very helpful and supportive through the while process. Thanks again, we love our new home!
