I had a fantastic experience with Michael Tuck Abbeymead, I was kept in the loop at all times as to what stage my purchase was currently at. Outstanding service from a great lettings team. We recently used Michael Tuck to sort our rental and received an amazing level of service. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! The property i moved into was disgusting, obviously hadn't been cleaned, and worn down to the bones. I didn't actually have running hot water when I moved in, but was promised someone would be out to fix it in the month I moved in..... three months later they sent someone to look at the boiler, and that person barely got it to limping. They're slow to respond and like to act like it's not their problem. I had reported multiple issues in multiple ways about the property only for my person to turn around and say there was never anything reported about that property. The only time they actually looked at having my very basic needs sorted was when I threatened to withhold rent and get legal advice. Go to anyone else. Literally anyone else. I'd recommend squatting before I'd EVER recommend these awful people. I'm so glad I didn't use them before and I wish I moved out of their property and into a maintained one earlier.

Had such a great experience with Michael Tuck Estate Agents and Miles with buying our very first home. Miles was happy to arrange additional viewings of the house, he was very attentive and on the ball. He even helped massively to speed things along when there were delays and did a great job liaising between all parties to get answers to questions.
