I cannot recommend Miles Pledger (Quedgeley) and Michael Tuck Estate Agents highly enough. Following recommendations and reading reviews we used Michael Tuck to sell and we were not disappointed. The service they provided was highly efficient with excellent communication at all times. We dealt with the Quedgeley Office and all the staff there were friendly and helpful. Our main point of contact was Miles Pledger the Branch Manager who was superb throughout, especially when our first buyer pulled out at the last minute. He gave us sound advice and ensured the property was back on the market immediately with the result that a new buyer was found within 48 hours. I would highly recommend Michael Tuck to anyone wanting to sell a property.

We had a beautiful experience with Michael Tuck Lettings. There were several difficult situations but they always listened and were willing to help at all times. We had reasons to move out of our rented home before the agreed time and they did well in speaking to the landlord who allowed us move out without and financial implication. Big shout out to Lucy who was instrumental from start to finish, Gemma and Claire were also amazing.

Wow we've had 2 viewings with Michael Tuck (MT) & what a great experience they both were.
We're looking to buy a Park Home & we were very impressed with not only booking the viewing but when the viewing happened.
Edward from MT showed us around the property & he was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable about the PH itself & the park site.
Any question we asked concerning the PH he could answer. Nothing unusual you'd think but we had had viewings where our questions couldn't be answered & not even given any paperwork!. As if buying a PH is less important than buying a brick house. But Edward had full details of the PH & excellent knowledge on the site fees etc.
Edward was smashing, very smartly dressed, pointed out bits we would have missed. He also joined in with the 'where will we put all my hubby's book's' convo.

Michael Tuck Estate agents have been extremely helpful with providing a free valuation for probate, giving advice on both rental and sale values as well as helping us understand how to optimise value by dividing the large garden of the property and seeking planning permission for a second house. I made contact with her as soon as my tenants gave notice, and she guided me through the timeline for putting the flat on the market, knowing we were going to do some maintenance on it before being ready to have new tenants. From vetting potential tenants to signing the tenancy agreement, all went very smoothly. From showing potential tenants round, to doing references, meter readings, an inventory, tenancy agreement, and finally handing the keys over to a very excited couple, the whole process couldn’t have been easier. Having previously been somewhat sceptical about estate agents, I have now been through a most positive and satisfying experience of searching for and purchasing a home through an exceedingly professional and highly talented colleague of yours.
During the viewing, Miles was friendly, personable and asked relevant questions which helped me focus my attention on what I really wanted in a property. This initial part of the process filled me with considerable confidence in Miles, so much so, that I did not sign on with any other estate agents. Miles was tenacious in wanting to deliver on my specific requirements and quickly understood my vision of what I wanted possible within a flat.
Throughout the conveyancing process, Miles has been utmostly conscientious. When he said he would either phone, write or message, I knew, with confidence, that he would stick to his word. Miles exercised consistently effective oversight throughout the conveyancing process and was able to ensure that the conveyancing progressed at a satisfactory rate. I dealt with Bristol road Gloucester branch in my purchase of a property in hucclecote.
At the start Jodie was very helpful, answering my email questions daily and providing great customer service.
As the purchase progressed on there was a land registry title issue with the garage in my purchase.
Basically Michael Tuck incorrectly marketed the property.
The title for the garage wasn’t under the current owner, so this delayed things by 5 weeks. This should have been checked and picked up by them at the start of marketing the process.
Jodie then felt she couldn’t deal with me anymore for some reason, so pasted me to her colleague Warren. Again he was very nice and helpful for a period of time before stepping away.
Chased and dealt with things myself and finally got my keys 6 months later. Would never deal with these clowns again.

We sold our property throught Michael Tuck this year and right from the start they were straightforward and above all ... honest!
We agreed a reasonable price to market the property and viewings were straightforward, with Michael Tuck very quickly identifying those buyers who were interested, and those who weren't.
Communication was excellent at every stage (including email confirmation of any important call) and when it came to the crunch we were able to negotiate a deal with the new purchasers quickly and easily.
Their costs were certainly very reasonable and the turn-around time from initial contact to sale was very quick.
Above all (and I have to re-itterate here) reasonable expectations were set, agreed and delivered upon ... with absolutely no fuss or drama.

I placed my flat with Michael Tuck who have acted well for me in the past, on a sole agency basis in 2017 and was initially well supported by Matt Wasley who moved on to a different branch before the flat sold. On 27th March 2018 I accepted a lowish offer, which I understood to be a cash offer for a quick sale, but it dragged on far longer than expected. My calls were twice not returned, and I feel that closer attention should have been paid. I was frustrated when the deal had not been completed by the end of June 2018 and in July I spoke to Jodie Dallimore, who really got on the case and followed through on a daily basis with all parties. Jodie was conscientious, accurate and kept everyone informed. I would recommend dealing with her to anyone. There were some issues to be resolved, but we identified and dealt with them, exchanged contracts in July and completed on 8th August. Without doubt this could have taken considerably longer, were it not for Jodie's dilligence and committment and I really feel she deserves a top personal reference. Whether completion would have been faster if she had been involved earlier, I shall never know, but I suspect so.

By far the worst experience I've had from any letting agents. Repairs weren't carried out, and they don't seem to care about the tenant only that they get their share of the money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Quite simply a great customer experience.
I met Matt Wasley to go through Michael Tucks services for the sale of my house, he kept it simple and easy to understand, after all we don't buy and sell houses every day but that's my point, Matt does and he's does so very well.
He knows his market and knows how to promote your house to get the best possible outcome to meet "your" needs.
He worked quickly and diligently to market the property securing a buyer within 4hrs of going to market.....how good is that! Well it doesn't get better in my experience.
I highly recommend you contact Matt for your sale or purchase.
