The service here was extremely fast.<br><br>Nicole, my agent to communicate with the landlord, did not waste any time in writing the offer forms, and was able to get me the keys to the apartment as soon as possible, which was helpful with the moving process.

Great communication and quick response time. Safiyah was my main point of contact and answered any questions I had particularly quickly, but the entire team provided an excellent experience aswell.

We have been looking for a property to rent for our step son and Lucy was pro-active, friendly and informative, which makes a refreshing change to many of the agents we encountered in Cardiff. Highly recommended.

Students do not rent with them unless you want to be overcharged on the deposit and given the runaround opposing it. Poor experience when dealing with student renters. Left the property in the same condition with fair wear and tear but decided to overcharge us initially amounting to a 30% reduction. The agent responsible took no time to look at their own check in photos resulting in a 5 week petty back and fourth where they wanted to charge for fair wear and tear and betterment resulting in a slightly cheaper deduction just being accepted for times sake.

We have just signed our tenancy agreement with MJ. The whole team was professional throughout the process, but I would like to specifically highlight Lucy, who was our main contact while setting up the tenancy. I have not yet moved into a property with this estate agent but am due to next month and I just wanted to highlight the service from Josh today. After having a lack of communication regarding the tenancy for several months I called the office and was passed over to Josh who is not usually who we are in communications with for the house.<br><br>He listened to every single one of my concerns, explained the agents side of the situation, and actioned everything within the hour, keeping myself and other tenants in the loop and communicating with the landlord on our behalf.<br><br>This is rare service to receive from an estate agent and he is clearly a testament to the team. Housing is a difficult topic to discuss and he put my mind at ease instantly.<br><br>Thank you again Josh!
