Have dealt with Neil Jones and Michelle Lloyd, of Moginie James, 54 Albany Road, Cardiff, in what turned out go be quite a complex sale, over the past 9 months .. and I can honestly say that both performed way beyond the call of duty, and with dignity, at all times. It has been the utmost pleasure dealing with you and the company. I would have no hesitation, whatsoever in providing a recommendation. Avoid this estate agent and associated landlords at all costs. Our apartment was dirty when we moved in with a grimy oven that hadn’t been cleaned. When we moved out we used the estate agent’s own recommended local cleaning company and paid them for a deep clean. The estate agent then tried to play ignorant and keep £600 (yes, £600) of our deposit for ‘cleaning’ fully pushing our deposit into a dispute. Absolute criminals, luckily the deposit protection schemes have more common sense and awarded us the majority of it back. Don’t use their recommended cleaners as you won’t get an invoice and don’t use this estate agent if renting.

We've been letting our house through Moginie James for over a year now. The company charges a lot for their service, yet there were so many mistakes on their part that literally cost us thousands of pounds that made me question the value of these services. In the hindsight I wish I had chosen a different agent.
