I’ve had a really good experience with this company over the past few years. Paula Cope especially is super easy to get along with and always quick to reply if I need anything. Any issues/requests have been handled pretty quickly, and it’s clear that she actually cares about making sure things are looked after properly. Communication has been great too, which makes a big difference when you’re renting. Overall, she has made my experience smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciate. I’d definitely recommend.

Myself and my partner went to view a property with Bradley at Moginie James Roath branch and had an amazing experience, he has been great at keeping us in the loop with our application to rent - he was very informative and friendly, and it was a pleasant surprise that he spoke Welsh with my partner. Looking forward to renting with them!
