What a professional and friendly Company to deal with. Helen kept me up to date on each step of the way, making a stressful situation much less stressful. House was sparkling clean upon arrival and we have settled in very nicely thanks to Helen and her team. I would highly reccomend the whole Team at Monopoly in Denbigh.

They provided a detailed analysis of the property when they came to view originally.
They gave a fair valuation and offered free photographs and drone shots.
They kept sending messages about viewings and the feed back afterwards
All great stuff but they sold a difficult property within three months.

Not interested in helping you out, typical estate agent who's just trying to coin any small amount of money out of you.
I'm looking to buy a house down there to sell on, it was originally on with these people and all I asked was for a figure they thought it was worth today.
They wanted to charge me for a 2 second conversation, even though I said I will sell it back through them as I am out of town!!
As an estate agent myself, I get calls all day long from people like me, I’m friendly and polite, so if I had someone like me, I give out free advice, it’s not all about what you can get out of someone today!!
I won't be using their services as there are agents in this vicinity that are more willing to help. My advice would be shop around, these people are after every penny they can get out of you....probably to fund their holiday that they have just come back from…..
While they were away, I called and there was no one able to help me until they came back off holiday.....pretty poor service that isn't it? You have to wait for them to get back off holiday before anyone can assist you. I'd go somewhere where the staff are properly trained to assist you when they are away....I dread to think of the state of their business if something happened to them, how can the office deal with you if they aren’t around?? What a micky mouse set up that is......pretty much says it all, a board game of a company, which boils down to the fact that, it is all about how much money they can milk you for. Poor show in my opinion.
Always says a lot about a company who's been around years with such few reviews......I stand by what I say...poor!

The best estate agent I have ever dealt with.
The team are friendly and very professional. The feedback throughout our sale was prompt, efficient and very helpful to ourselves as vendors and indeed the purchasers. The support is outstanding working with all parties and their solicitors to move the conveyancing along as quickly as possible.
I would not hesitate in recommending Monopoly to potential clients.

Due to lack of interest from all of Your advertising outlets, and our existing arrangements to spend December and January doing Christian Missions in India, we reluctantly had to Postpone the selling of our home which meant losing the chance to buy our "dream home in Chirk bank".
