Good notification when viewings were booked and follow up feedback given. An offer was accepted within 10 days of going on the market. In general we had a positive experience. There was however a particular incident where one of their agents didn't properly put the phone done and then complained to a colleague about having to go back again to a buyer for a counter offer (for something that transpired to be down to their own mix up). The language used was significantly rude and unprofessional but the company have dealt with this internally and apologised. Hopefully a one off individual issue.... Read more

Monopoly communication was good. Whoever I contacted them, they responded promptly. They were happy to come to my home when I wished to discuss things with them. When there were enquiries from people wanting to view, they phoned me to discuss a convenient time & date, then followed that up with a text & email, & on the day of the viewing, reminded me again by text & email.
