I left a review based on my experiences on my viewing of 3 properties. Since deciding on a favourite i was not kept informed as to potential purchase and progress. 3 days later i rang to be told it was sold but if i wanted what would my highest offer be above the asking price .Finally i was told Freya would ring me on Saturday this never happened. Needless to say rather disappointed in the whole experience.

We viewed 3 properties on Tuesday with Freya Lutman-Paul. She was punctual, smartly dressed and very professional in every aspect of the viewings. She answered every question and has a very good knowledge of the business and the area. We are hoping to buy one of those properties as a result of Freya’s great work.

Good service received. Valuation and putting property on market was very speedy. They secured numerous viewings in the first week which led to an offer. Communication has been good throughout and sale completed without too much delay.<br>Happy to recommend.

I have just purchased a flat through Morris Dibben and found the whole process to be really simple. This was particularly due to Molly who guided us through the process and was always just a phone call away. She was so helpful and answered any questions we had and was always very friendly and put us at ease!<br>I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone!

We first meet Jamie Zagaroli when viewing a property in Chandlers Ford. Jamie has been extremly helpful ,courteous and very obliging in every aspect making the purchase relatively smooth right up to completion and we are most grateful for all the help and advise offered. Nothing was too much when asked to contact the seller for information regarding the property advise on local authorities and services.
