Right from the very first meeting when Robin met me at the property I was selling, I had a really good feeling about working with Nicol & Co. Robin had such a positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude, and she had good knowledge of the local area which put me at ease straight away.<br><br>After the initial meeting, most of my telephone contact moved to Alice and I cannot express how grateful I am to Alice for dealing with this sale in the professional way she did. This was probably not Alice’s easiest property negotiation to deal with, but she handled every bump in the road proficiently.<br><br>Alice’s communication was exceptional and she kept me updated on everything on a regular basis, even when there was little movement she still called me to keep in touch and let me know what was going on. When the final negotiations were taking place, Alice was amazing and I can’t honestly say how grateful I am to her for working so hard to get this sale completed.<br><br>After the sale was agreed, we were then lucky enough to have Kat as our "Sales Progressor". It wasn't plain sailing at all, mostly down to the buyers solicitor, but Kat was amazing and was constantly chasing them for updates and pushing them to move quicker. It was frustrating for all of us but Kat was the one who never stopped trying to move the completion forward. She kept me up to date at all times with progress reports.<br>I was definitely glad to have Kat working on our behalf.<br><br>Other members of the team also played their part and although I hope I’m not missing anyone out, I would also like to thank Jackie, Tom & Jake who along with Robin and Alice all played their part in making this process a success. I would not hesitate in recommending the Worcester branch of Nicol & co to anyone looking for an estate agent.

I haven’t moved for 42 years. It was a terrifying thought and I had to find somewhere else to live, also terrifying. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.
