Nicol & Co have been amazing from the initial valuation meeting with the lovely Robyn through to the sales process with the lovely Alice. Throughout the sales process Alice constantly put our minds at ease through one of the most stressful times of selling our house and being able to buy our dream forever home, where nothing was too much. We honestly couldn’t recommend Nicol & Co, but especially Alice and Robyn enough!

I have recently completed the sale on my new home and would highly recommend Nicol & Co. Lauren Davis and Kat Grealy were clear and consistent in their communication and I really appreciated their quick responses, problem solving skills and support throughout the entire process.
I would also like to add that the “welcome to your new home” gift pack was a really classy touch, extremely thoughtful and incredibly useful!

Used Nicol & co for sale of our late parents house. From start to completion they were friendly and professional. House sold within a week. We had regular updates from Kat. This made the experience run smoothly. Would highly recommend.

I haven’t moved for 42 years. It was a terrifying thought and I had to find somewhere else to live, also terrifying. Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.
