We had a lovely experience buying our new Property through North Pocklington branch. Ashleigh was so lovely and kept us updated and in the loop with everything. We would definitley reccomend. Ashleigh was contactable every step of the way and was always there to answer any questions.

We have just purchased our forever-home in Pocklington. It was a chance encounter dropping into North Residential to see what was available and we met with Ashleigh. We absolutely had luck on our side and had an excellent experience - not only did Ashleigh sell the property to us, she was totally on our side throughout. Nothing was too much bother and she arranged multiple viewings, answered our questions promptly and accurately as well as facilitating an on-site meeting with the vendor. Furthermore, she kept the pressure on the "legals" who were slow, largely unresponsive and lacked the focus, in order to ensure completion within the required timescales. We would have no hesitation in recommending North Residential and especially Ashleigh, who is totally client-centric!

We have just bought our first home with North and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property in the area.<br><br>Every member of the team we encountered made what is said to be one of the most stressful situations so much easier. Scott had great knowledge of the property at our initial viewing, Jo kept us informed throughout the purchase and Jen greeted us with a very warm welcome when we went to the office to collect our keys.<br><br>We can’t forget Ashleigh, who has been incredible throughout these last few months. As buyers, we felt like she genuinely had our best interests at heart and she was always there to answer queries, communicate any updates and encourage our ideas for the future of our home. Thanks to Ashleigh, we know that the experience of buying your first home isn’t as daunting as some may say!
