When I see other estate agent’s for sale boards up around Pocklington, I almost feel sorry for the sellers. Why you would choose any other estate agent besides North is beyond me!

We asked North to market our flat because we saw how superior their photography and marketing were vis a vis other agents. The drone footage was particularly helpful in showcasing the flat's attractive setting. North's advertising generated interest immediately and within weeks we accepted an offer. Scott and the while team at North Residential were amazing from start to finish. At Scott’s initial visit to meet us he listened to our needs for the sale of our property, he and the team marketed the property perfectly and from then on facilitated viewings and provided regular updates once these had taken place. The team were proactive once a buyer was found in supporting both of us through the process and speaking with solicitors to help the sale move on.
We are thankful for all the support we have received throughout what can be a really stressful process and can’t recommend them highly enough.

After switching from another agent, we instructed Scott at North Residential to sell our new build. From the first day Scott was professional, knowledgeable and always kept us updated. He carried out viewings on Sundays which brought us a sale! I took his feedback on staging the house for photos (decluttering and more cushions did it!)
Throughout the process even when the sale fell through to achieving another sale Scott and his team were there for advice, guidance and assistance too.
North Residential is more like a 6?? estate agent and a new friend too!
Thanks to Scott we achieved a sale and then to go buy our dream house!

I cannot praise Scott of North Residential highly enough. I left my details with a couple of Estate Agents in Pocklington and Scott contacted me within 48 hours. (I am still waiting for the other Estate Agents to contact me from April). From the beginning Scott was brilliant, professional, realistic, understanding, patient, guided me and helped me through all aspects of selling my house. He made constructive suggestions to help me improve the house which I implemented and then when the house was advertised I had a lot of viewings. Within 30 days I had accepted an offer.
Scott made the whole process go very smoothly, and he ensured that all details were covered, nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always available for reassurance and advice.

Scott and his team at North Residential in Pocklington are an absolutely outstanding outfit and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
We originally put our house on the market in July 2023 and sold it in December 2023. Between July and December, Scott kept us regularly updated with any progress of the house sale, including timely feedback after house viewings and anything he felt would help the sale of the house.
Scott very much gave us the feeling that we were the the only clients he had and that our needs were are the forefront of his mind and I’m sure his other clients felt this way as well.
Nothing was too much trouble and even though there were a few bumps in the road (nothing to do with North) Scott’s calm and patient nature was really what we needed at quite a stressful time.
I would recommend North Residential to anyone selling their house in the Pocklington area as they will be looked after with transparency and always be supported by all the team.
A huge thank you to Scott, you’re a credit to your profession and we honestly can’t thank you enough for all your help.

Would not recommend. Was very advanced in the purchasing process when we were notified that another offer was put forward and accepted for the property we were proceeding with which had been Sold STC for the past 3+ weeks at this stage. Every estate agent I have spoken too since this has advised they would never let this happen when so advanced in the purchase. Only go with these if you are looking to be out of pocket.
