My property had an offer in 1 week. I get updates as things progressing. They do not disturb me over the phone as I asked due to be working, but I get emails. We are still at the start of the selling and I know we have a few more months until the finish line, but surely they made a good impression for the start and hopefully that will last throughout the sale process till the end.

Disappointed with communication felt like we did the chasing. Also they didn't try anything to push sales as far as we could see.

They have been efficient and courteous. They respond almost immediately to all contacts. It wasn't any easy sale but I felt they were giving me sound advice.
They have been very helpful over small matters, such as doing me some photocopies and sending duplicate information when things have gone astray at my end. I live near to the office and I have popped in a few times. They always recognise me and handle my query in a friendly way.
