We are still at the start of the selling and I know we have a few more months until the finish line, but surely they made a good impression for the start and hopefully that will last throughout the sale process till the end.... They have been efficient and courteous. They respond almost immediately to all contacts. It wasn't any easy sale but I felt they were giving me sound advice. They have been very helpful over small matters, such as doing me some photocopies and sending duplicate information when things have gone astray at my end. I live near to the office and I have popped in a few times. They always recognise me and handle my query in a friendly way.... Read more

I found Page & Wells to be highly professional and friendly and I liked the fact I was working with a family business with excellent knowledge of the local area. I cannot fault the team at all in terms of their professionalism, manner and communication. My sale (which hasn’t yet reached exchange/completion) did take longer than desired to achieve, and I’m in no doubts that this would have been down to some of the property limitations (lack of parking and located on a busy road) however I also felt that partly this would have been down to our strategy too. We eventually did change the pricing strategy, however I would have liked to see this happen much earlier as it did become frustrating after 4 months on the market. I appreciate 4 months isn’t as long as some properties can be on the market for, but I was keen to move on and so it become frustrating for me. Bizarrely we actually achieved the original price I was hoping for (and the price most agents had valued the property at), but I do think dropping the OIEO price helped us to get there. Overall, I enjoyed working with Page & Wells, but I would have liked to see results a little sooner.... Read more

My husband initially put our house on the market with a well known online agent but unfortunately the service provided was poor. After looking online and specifically the GetAgent site I arranged for a couple a agents to view our property. The manager Steve came round and was head and shoulders above the other agents, he has excellent local knowledge and has great attention to detail.
