In the market where house sales take forever, solicitors are dormant and no one ever informs you about anything without chasing - choose Palmer Snell for such immortal life event as buying or selling your property. Seriously, nothing is too much of an ask for these guys - they follow up, communicate, find solutions, negotiate and deliver consistently. As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times.
All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.
