We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Matthew throughout the purchase of our first home, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent to guide us through such an important milestone.<br>From our very first interaction, Matthew was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. Buying our first home was a completely new experience for us, and there were naturally plenty of questions and things we were unsure about. Matthew was always happy to help, explain things clearly, and keep us updated throughout the process. We never felt like we were asking too many questions, and his patience and reassuring manner made a real difference.<br><br>What stood out most was how professional Matthew was while still being personable and genuinely approachable. He communicated really well, kept us informed about progress, and made sure we knew what was happening at each stage. Whenever there were updates or anything that needed our attention, Matthew was quick to get in touch, which gave us confidence that everything was being handled properly.<br><br>As first-time buyers, the process could have felt overwhelming at times, but Matthew made it considerably easier. He was always friendly and positive, and we felt that he genuinely wanted the sale to go through smoothly for everyone involved. I recently used Pearson Ferrier to sell my property in Radcliffe and couldn’t be happier with the service I received.<br><br>Matthew was excellent from start to finish. His knowledge of the Radcliffe area was fantastic, and his valuation was actually higher than I had expected. He managed to sell the property within just a couple of weeks — and, even better, achieved a price higher than the original valuation!<br><br>His son Harley also assisted with the viewings and was equally professional, helpful and friendly throughout the process.<br><br>A great team who clearly know their market and genuinely care about getting the best result for their clients. I would highly recommend Matthew, Harley and the whole team to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

I've been a tenant with Pearson and Ferrier for just under a year now, when a new opportunity opened with them the support I received was incredibly well handled.<br>As of writing this today is my moving day and I feel confident and assured everything is going smoothly and I've received all the information in a timely and informative manner.<br>I've been in direct contact with Lois who has been incredibly helpful during this period, not only that but she's always been friendly and open which I value a lot when making a decision as large as the ones that come with tenancy.<br>My experience has been great, thank you to Lois and the team!

I have been very pleased with the hospitality and splendid service at Pearson Cheethamhill. The staff have been wonderful to deal with, always kept myself updated throughout the whole process putting customer relations and quality first. I would like to especially thank Zac and Georgia, very professional and efficient. Will use Pearson again.
