I highly recommend Symon Pettifer at the Portland Road branch of Pearson Keehan for anyone looking to sell their property. They recently handled the sale of my flat and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the initial valuation to final completion, their communication was exceptional, and they kept me updated at every single stage. Their knowledge of the local flat market is outstanding, and they managed to secure an excellent price for my property after I had had my property listed with a different estate agent for 8 months but took it off the market as I did not have a single offer, although heaps of viewings. Once Pearson Keehan had listed my property I had 4 viewings, one of which made an offer of the asking price which I accepted. The prospect of selling my flat and moving was rather daunting, however Symon made it a seamless experience and never hassled me once or caused additional anxiety, unlike my sellers estate agents who were rather aggressive and pushy throughout my buying process.
