We had a brilliant experience working with Alp who went above and beyond to help us purchase our first flat. Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is.
Recommendation = avoid
