I just went there today and was greeted by a grumpy woman who said she was in customer services. I needed to go there physically after not hearing back on an email I sent days ago. They took my details again so let’s see what happens but so far the service is awful.

Derek from Pedder in Dulwich Village has been really great! He is super responsive and always happy to help.
One Saturday I got locked out of the house and he sorted help out for me really quickly, which was a lifesaver. Really appreciate how reliable and easy he is to reach.
Would definitely recommend!

Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is.
Recommendation = avoid
