From initial discussions early in the process to submitting our mortgage application and offer acceptance. Even after our offer has been made he continues to offer support with any questions and I cannot recommend him enough.

Beware of renting through Colburn Properties when Perry Bishop is acting as your agent. The deposit return process is slow, poorly communicated, and includes unfair deductions. What should be straightforward becomes a stressful and frustrating experience — tenants deserve far better.

My family have rented a property through the Perry Bishop Cirencester Team (Cathy, Pippa and co.) for the last 2.5 years. Every step of the process from application was easy. Any general household issues that arose were dealt with quickly and professionally. Cathy and Pippa have both been very passionate and personable and I want to say a big thank you to you to the them for their fantastic agency service and communication. I have not met a better letting team!

Perry Bishop did a fantastic job. They kept me informed weekly where things stood, gave excellent advice and were totally professional at all times, both with prospective buyers and myself.
We got over the line last week. They are very well respected in the area and have good relationships with the local solicitors.
