Katherine is a diamond. Showed me 3 properties this morning and I couldn’t have had a more pleasant time.
Worked around me for viewings, communicated all the way through and asked any questions I might have had.
If you’re looking for an estate agent who is actually interested in what you want and actually communicates then I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We were the purchasers in our involvement with Pestells. Ray was our agent. We had quite a lot of issues with land borders with separate titles, which was not made clear on the particulars of sale. Rather the land was shown as one piece on the particulars. There were also other issues, the mention of a secondary electric gate to the property however the ‘gate’ has not got planning. Nor was any mention made of the neighbours right of way to have their oil tank filled. I felt like we were not being given full and frank disclosure about these and other issues that occurred. House buying is a complicated and expensive process, so clarity is paramount at the start of the process to ensure you enter into it fully informed.
Ray is not contactable by mobile. You have to contact the office by landline or email. I don't know any business like this now that does not have their staff contactable by mobile phone.

Estate agents don’t always get a good reputation however this is absolutely not the case with Ray and Pestell & Co team. We found them completely trustworthy, un-pushy, understanding, accommodating and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. I only wish all estate agents were like Ray and the team!

Started well but once house was under offer we never heard a thing, no help with finding a property to buy, no notification of who our buyer was etc. We did not find a new property so had to withdraw our house so we wrote to the agent twice and did not get any sort of reply.
