Thank you PH Estate Agents for support and professionalism in handling the disastrous situation i find myself in with my previous Estate agent.
I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it.
Thank you so much Andrew .I couldn't thank you enough for protecting my future pension income. The property was bought to give me an income when I retire, but almost lost it because of the previous Estate Agents .
I will always be grateful to PH Estate Agents. I can say without a doubt Andrew you are indeed a life safer in my time of high difficulty regarding the eviction, organising the repairs and successfully legally rented my property out. Thank you to you and your team.

From the beginning, communication was poor. Calls and emails were ignored, updates were not provided unless I chased repeatedly, and I often felt completely in the dark about what was happening with my own property. Basic professionalism and proactive communication were simply not there.
What is most frustrating is that a perfectly viable sale appears to have been sabotaged by a lack of competence and care. Key information was either delayed or poorly handled, follow-ups with the buyer were not managed properly, and issues that could have been resolved quickly were allowed to escalate unnecessarily. Instead of guiding the process smoothly, the agent created confusion and tension.
There was no sense of urgency, no strategic negotiation, and no accountability when things started to fall apart. Rather than taking responsibility, I was met with excuses and deflection.
Selling a property is stressful enough without having to micromanage the very person you are paying to represent your interests. I expected expertise, diligence, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received the opposite.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing this agency.

A very professional agency. Aleksandra is an extremely reliable person, as is the entire team. I am truly impressed by their level of expertise as well as their respect and care for clients. I highly recommend their services and will definitely work with them again ????????????

I’m coming back to update my review after three years of using PH as my property agent. Over this time, I’ve bought several investment properties as well as my own residential home, and I’ve also sold properties and used PH to rent out my homes. After three years, I feel this is more than enough time to form a clear and honest opinion about their service.
Every time I’ve dealt with PH, they’ve gone above and beyond. Some of the purchases were quite complicated and stressful, but the team handled everything with care and professionalism.
The whole team is proactive, approachable, and always ready to help or offer advice. They’ve made the process much easier over the years, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property agent.

It makes me wonder whether some of the 5-star reviews are written by employees, because my experience with this company was horrific. They were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I regret not paying attention to the 1-star reviews before choosing them. I strongly recommend staying away and not using this company.

PH Estate agents my experience was terrible as a tenant in one of there properties no repairs got sorted as the boiler was brock over the Christmas period they promised it would be sorted but it never was after a month we decided to move and they tried to make me pay for the boiler and other repairs we wanted repairing so please beware of this estate agents there all nice to you when you sign up and they make your life hell .
