Currently staying here.
Positives first. It is home from home..cozy.. comforts are here ie spices, toiletries, everything u need basically. Fantastic. But.. negatives...I'm currently fighting bugs off left right and centre...the TV don't work...only one basic pillow per person...I've worked in hospitality all my life. For the price it's brill but there are a few things to touch up on. Extra pillows, clean behind units, sort TV out, make it extra clear on entry about the star because we didn't realise u had to push star to get in on the code...other than all that it's a really nice place and we would stay again so thank you...but the bugs got to go...don't know if Ur aware but in kitchen it's like bugs life ??????

Paul has been exceptional from start to finish. Sometimes you meet someone who is genuinely kind, sincere, and refreshingly human in a way that is all too rare and Paul is exactly that.
He has struck the perfect balance between professionalism and approachability, always checking in, accommodating short-notice visits so I could measure up, and consistently going above and beyond. His support throughout the process has meant a great deal.

Avoid this branch. I booked a lettings valuation and received multiple emails confirming the date and time, but no one showed up. When I tried to call, I was dismissed rather than helped.
I will be taking my business elsewhereand I would recommend others do the same

WARNING to all rental tenants. Beware! This company do not vet their landlords or care for tenants welfare, I’d strongly advise you steer clear.
They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with an ugly situation they caused in the first place.
The episode caused me untold distress and cost me a fortune. I had to move out just to get away from an unhinged landlord, and Portico didn't step in to help me with any of it.
I spoke to the so-called 'manager' about it and all he cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation. Even the staff said the landlord was 'trouble' but i'm the one that took the hit.
Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.
