WARNING to all rental tenants. Beware! This company dig-in to vet tenants but do not vet their landlords.<br><br>They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with untold harassment.<br>I had to move out just to get away from the unhinged landlord. Portico did not step-in to help with any of it.<br><br>The episode caused me and my family untold distress, affected my mental wellbeing and cost me a fortune. All the manager cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation.<br><br>Don't listen to the positive reviews, they do not care for tenants welfare, if things go wrong they will leave you high n dry.<br>Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.

I can't recommend Portico more, especially Gurtegh and Shayamal, they are the best agents I've ever experienced genuinely, they have become friends of mine due to how the managed the relationship during the process, I wish all employees of businesses went this above and beyond for their clients....

Kieran, Ash and Martin at Portico helped me secure my absolute dream home. They handled my constant questions so beautifully and were super patient and efficient at getting me set up and ready to go. Appreciate their support during a daunting process as I haven't moved in 8 years. And very much value their continued touch points. Annaliese on the Property management side has been great. I had amazing experience with this letting agency. Specifically, Yevhenii - he was very professional, very kind, led me through every step of the process and I managed to get my dream flat. I would highly recommend!

Extremely disappointing experience with Portico. The process was marked by poor communication, disorganisation and conflicting information from different members of staff. We were repeatedly given assurances that turned out not to be accurate, and important information was either missed or communicated far too late.<br><br>The situation ultimately fell apart shortly before our planned move, leaving us scrambling to make alternative arrangements. What was particularly frustrating was the lack of accountability or clear explanation from Portico throughout the process.<br><br>A year on, this still stands out as one of the most poorly handled experiences we've had with a letting agent. I would strongly recommend getting everything confirmed in writing and not relying on verbal assurances.
