I would thoroughly recommend Portico. Caroline Watkins and her team, including Paul and Claire went above and beyond what is normally expected of an estate agent when helping me with the sale of my flat. They were all polite, efficient and diligent in what proved to be a protracted sale. First rate

WARNING to all rental tenants. Beware! This company do not vet their landlords or care for tenants welfare, I’d advise you steer clear.<br><br>They lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with their own dispute with her, left me to deal with an ugly situation they caused in the first place.<br><br>I had to move out just to get away from an unhinged landlord who was constantly harassing me, and Portico did not step in to help me with any of it. The episode caused me and my family untold distress, affected my mental wellbeing and cost me a fortune.<br><br>I spoke to the so-called 'manager' about it and all he cared about was grabbing a tidy profit from the situation. Even the staff said the landlord was 'trouble' but i'm the one that took the brunt of it all.<br><br>Don't listen to the positive reviews, if things go wrong they will leave you high n dry.<br>Bad people, bad company, don't grace them with your custom, save yourself and go elsewhere.

Unprofessional is an understatement. Contacted them 2 weeks ago about a property, Jack Wackett got my details and told me that they were waiting to hear from the current tenants to arrange viewings and that they would let me know. Kept trying to contact them for a week with noboy answering my emails or my calls. Finally got through today and was informed that viewings took place and an offer was put forward. This guy are showing how they don't care about their tenants even before they sign their contract.
