We just completed on a property purchase where Rampton Baseley (Balham) was involved. We had a really great experience with them and with Dean Steyn in particular - he helpfully showed me around quite a few houses before we found the perfect one for us! He was also kind enough to proactively reach out whenever something came on the market that he thought might be of interest, including off-market properties which was really helpful. They also made sure conveyancing went smoothly, it was a relatively quick and painless process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Dean Steyn at Rampton Baseley. There was no over-the-top sales pitch of unsuitable properties and he was completely straightforward during a competitive bids process. He was then very efficient in helping the process through to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
