I cannot speak highly enough of the service Redferns provided when selling my mother's flat. We were kept informed at every stage and John in particular bore the brunt of a challenging process with different buyers. Lee's valuation at the outset was fair and we were offered the full asking price. We are especially thankful for the 'above and beyond' approach (e.g. going round when the buyer's carpet fitters were measuring up, checking on reported issues for us, arranging for tradesmen) as we are not local and therefore not in a position to respond ourselves. We don't have another property in the area to sell but if we did wouldn't hesitate to use Redferns again.
