We recently sold our property and purchased another property using reeds rains at woodseats and the service and support they provided us with was excellent !! We worked closely with Emily in particular and she was nothing but helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. As something that can be incredibly stressful, she made us feel at complete ease and helped in any which way she could and always got us the information we were needing without hesitation and for that we are so grateful. From getting the valuation on our old property, having the photos done, all the viewings, finding our new house and the sale itself the team at reeds rains woodseats have been fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to future sellers and purchasers ! Many thanks to Matthew and the Team at Reeds Rains, Hebden Bridge. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and made a potentially stressful process surprisingly easy. All costs were clearly set out upfront, and every effort was made to progress the sale to conclusion as quickly as possible, The team kept me fully informed at all times, and the information and advice provided was timely and reliable. I can strongly recommend using this particular estate agent.

Evie was really professional and made me feel at home straight away whilst showing me the property. Any query she couldn’t”t answer (which wasn’t many), she was willing to find answers for and explained everything whilst giving me space and time to view. A credit to her company, hopefully the rest of the experience goes as well.

Excellent service received as a landlord. The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!

I have recently moved house and it was a difficult process with lots of issues that cropped up, however Tammy, Andrea, Rachel and Andy (Embrace FS) were all absolutely amazing. The whole team were the best.<br>They all went above and beyond to support us in our move.<br>The first sale fell through as our buyer pulled out the day before we were due to move. The whole team worked so hard to ensure that we felt supported and looked after us during this difficult time abd we sold the house again within 2 weeks.<br>We were kept informed as to how things were progressing and Rachel and Andrea chased solicitors across the chain to drag the sale over the finishing line.<br>They really were all brilliant, they listened to the crying, the ranting, the frustration and they supported not just us but our whole chain.<br>They were brilliant and I can't thank them enough.<br>I would highly recommend the team at Reeds Rains in Dinnington.

I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL DISGUSTED WITH THIS COPANY we had come here and they was lovely in the beginning and understood everything with us and we moved in thier has been problem after problem I have a little baby and I have contacted them about mold and rats and all sorts thier out of hours number is copy and pasted I have been in several times to show how the mold is affecting even are furniture they just say somone will be in touch it has been months my child has been very ill but as 2 parents and thier baby we haven’t got much other options even when we brought up rats coming through having to sort it out selves they just said sorry in an email that was it I wouldn’t recommend trying to contaminate with these people they have no time for anyone I thought they was lovely at first and really wanted to help they left me without a working bath or sink for over a month !!!! I’m disgusted
