I had a really positive experience with Keeley at Reeds Rains Estate Agents. She was incredibly professional throughout the whole process, while also being very approachable and easy to talk to. From the start, Keeley had such a calming presence which made what can often be a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
She was empathetic, patient, and took the time to listen and understand my situation, which I really appreciated. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and she always made me feel supported and informed at every step.

I'm very happy with the service that I have been receiving from Reeds Rains Estage Agents so far. They are very responsive which made me give this review. Helen at the crossgates branch has been fantastic managing our house sale.( We used another agent who were a nightmare never replied to our messages and arranged viewings without liaising with us first) helen always answered our questions, and helped with every step she even came out to the house on her Saturday off to do the valuation.
I popped into the branch with some questions and was made very welcomed.
If we do move back to the area I will happily deal with Reeds Rains again

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Harvey at the York branch of Reeds Rains, and we truly couldn’t recommend him more highly.
What really stood out to us is that Harvey is a man of his word. If he says he’ll call you back, he does at exactly the time he promises. That level of reliability is rare and incredibly appreciated. He consistently goes out of his way to support us in our search, always making us feel like a priority.
We especially value his honesty. If he’s unsure about something, he’ll say so then take the time to find the correct information and come back to us. There’s no guesswork, no hard sales tactics, and absolutely no “flip flop” answers just straightforward, trustworthy advice.
The York branch is very lucky to have him. Our only wish is that we could have Harvey as our agent across all Reeds Rains branches instead of having to change agents!

I worked with Tim Hahn to let my property. He was brilliant handling my many, many questions as a new Landlord, really clear in him communication and made everything feel achievable and simple at quite an overwhelming time.
I would absolutely recommend the service provided by him at Reeds Rains to any new or tenured landlords.

Excellent service received as a landlord. The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely awful! If you are looking for an estate agent that you have to constantly chase, who has absolutely no clue, who are rude and arrogant, and tell you complete and utter nonsense, then Reeds Rains Dinnington is the estate agent for you! ???????? Avoid at all costs, especially Andrea and Tammy.

I AM DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL DISGUSTED WITH THIS COPANY we had come here and they was lovely in the beginning and understood everything with us and we moved in thier has been problem after problem I have a little baby and I have contacted them about mold and rats and all sorts thier out of hours number is copy and pasted I have been in several times to show how the mold is affecting even are furniture they just say somone will be in touch it has been months my child has been very ill but as 2 parents and thier baby we haven’t got much other options even when we brought up rats coming through having to sort it out selves they just said sorry in an email that was it I wouldn’t recommend trying to contaminate with these people they have no time for anyone I thought they was lovely at first and really wanted to help they left me without a working bath or sink for over a month !!!! I’m disgusted
