We recently sold our property and purchased another property using reeds rains at woodseats and the service and support they provided us with was excellent !! We worked closely with Emily in particular and she was nothing but helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. As something that can be incredibly stressful, she made us feel at complete ease and helped in any which way she could and always got us the information we were needing without hesitation and for that we are so grateful. From getting the valuation on our old property, having the photos done, all the viewings, finding our new house and the sale itself the team at reeds rains woodseats have been fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to future sellers and purchasers ! Many thanks to Matthew and the Team at Reeds Rains, Hebden Bridge. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and made a potentially stressful process surprisingly easy. All costs were clearly set out upfront, and every effort was made to progress the sale to conclusion as quickly as possible, The team kept me fully informed at all times, and the information and advice provided was timely and reliable. I can strongly recommend using this particular estate agent.

Evie was really professional and made me feel at home straight away whilst showing me the property. Any query she couldn’t”t answer (which wasn’t many), she was willing to find answers for and explained everything whilst giving me space and time to view. A credit to her company, hopefully the rest of the experience goes as well.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Jennifer Hartley at Reeds Rains Blackpool for her excellent leadership, professionalism, and proactive approach in resolving the ongoing waste issue in the garden.<br><br>Jennifer took ownership of the situation, communicated clearly with everyone involved, and worked efficiently to find a practical and lasting solution. What particularly impressed me was her willingness to take the initiative rather than simply allowing the issue to continue.<br><br>Her responsiveness, positive attitude, and determination to get the matter resolved made a real difference. It is very reassuring to deal with someone who genuinely cares about maintaining the property properly and finding solutions that work for everyone involved.<br><br>Excellent service from Jennifer and a great example of proactive property management. Highly recommended.

We chose Reed Rains Colne in good faith They suggested the Modern Method of Auction. which would be quick and easy It was NEITHER!. After almost 6 mths the house is now almost ready to exchange contracts
.It was handed over to I Am Sold and we were obliged to accept a much lower offer and from then on Reed Rains dropped us.
When we questioned this after trying to move things along we were told it was no longer their problem. They arranged a firm of Solicitors at our request but it was a not a local Solicitor it was Prosperity Law LLP in Manchester who have been nothing but trouble from day one. I have reams of correspondence from e mails but it was almost impossible to have a conversation with them Messages ignored, phone calls straight to answerphone.
If this is the way Reed Rains does business then I have to say It is a disgrace.To anyone going for Moderm method of Auction I would say DONT and find another Estate Agent.
