I had a really positive experience with Keeley at Reeds Rains Estate Agents. She was incredibly professional throughout the whole process, while also being very approachable and easy to talk to. From the start, Keeley had such a calming presence which made what can often be a stressful situation feel much more manageable.

Dawn was exceptional from the first meeting, standing head and shoulders above other estate agents who valued the house. She was truly passionate about the project and guided us through the procedures as first time sellers, helping us choose the correct package, which resulted in the house selling within the first week of viewings. When things were dragging on with the conveyancing (completely out of her control) she leapt into action and brought things to a successful completion for both us and the buyer.

We chose Reed Rains Colne in good faith They suggested the Modern Method of Auction. which would be quick and easy It was NEITHER!. After almost 6 mths the house is now almost ready to exchange contracts
.It was handed over to I Am Sold and we were obliged to accept a much lower offer and from then on Reed Rains dropped us.
When we questioned this after trying to move things along we were told it was no longer their problem. They arranged a firm of Solicitors at our request but it was a not a local Solicitor it was Prosperity Law LLP in Manchester who have been nothing but trouble from day one. I have reams of correspondence from e mails but it was almost impossible to have a conversation with them Messages ignored, phone calls straight to answerphone.
If this is the way Reed Rains does business then I have to say It is a disgrace.To anyone going for Moderm method of Auction I would say DONT and find another Estate Agent.

I can’t recommend Keaton highly enough. From the very moment he began assisting me, he has been nothing short of first class. No matter what I’ve needed, he has always been available at the end of the phone, ready to help with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
