We recently sold our property and purchased another property using reeds rains at woodseats and the service and support they provided us with was excellent !! We worked closely with Emily in particular and she was nothing but helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. As something that can be incredibly stressful, she made us feel at complete ease and helped in any which way she could and always got us the information we were needing without hesitation and for that we are so grateful. From getting the valuation on our old property, having the photos done, all the viewings, finding our new house and the sale itself the team at reeds rains woodseats have been fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to future sellers and purchasers ! Many thanks to Matthew and the Team at Reeds Rains, Hebden Bridge. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and made a potentially stressful process surprisingly easy. All costs were clearly set out upfront, and every effort was made to progress the sale to conclusion as quickly as possible, The team kept me fully informed at all times, and the information and advice provided was timely and reliable. Evie was really professional and made me feel at home straight away whilst showing me the property. Any query she couldn’t”t answer (which wasn’t many), she was willing to find answers for and explained everything whilst giving me space and time to view. A credit to her company, hopefully the rest of the experience goes as well.

Our experience with Reeds Rains .<br>Has been excellent throughout the process . From Rachel Lindley doing the valuation with her enthusiasm expert knowledge of our area you just know when someone is the right fit and she was that person .prompt polite respectful of the property did everything she said she would. Then Jasmine was our negotiator. Very easy to work with very respectful and diplomatic to both parties buyer and seller again a good fit<br>For our needs. Last but not least Chris the manager always on had with a smile again polite smart enthusiastic very approachable . All these members of Reeds Rains went the extra mile for us and were sympathetic with us .<br>I would recommend them without hesitation.

Initial contact was excellent and I received everything but my sister didn’t get any notifications through her email, which is Wht we both understood was going to happen. Apart from that I’ve been very happy with the service so far.
