I had a really positive experience with Keeley at Reeds Rains Estate Agents. She was incredibly professional throughout the whole process, while also being very approachable and easy to talk to. From the start, Keeley had such a calming presence which made what can often be a stressful situation feel much more manageable.
She was empathetic, patient, and took the time to listen and understand my situation, which I really appreciated. Her communication was clear and reassuring, and she always made me feel supported and informed at every step.

I’ve had a great experience with my estate agent. Although she’s new, she’s incredibly helpful, professional, and proactive. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and was always quick to respond to any questions. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really made a difference. I couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent.

There was a lot of miscommunication. Staff didn’t set the burglar alarm after viewings. Garage door left open, resulting in an expensive petrol lawn mower being stolen. Definitely not worth the 0.1% saving compared with other estate agents.
An apology would have been better than your inexcusable excuse in your reply.
