We recently sold our property and purchased another property using reeds rains at woodseats and the service and support they provided us with was excellent !! We worked closely with Emily in particular and she was nothing but helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. As something that can be incredibly stressful, she made us feel at complete ease and helped in any which way she could and always got us the information we were needing without hesitation and for that we are so grateful. From getting the valuation on our old property, having the photos done, all the viewings, finding our new house and the sale itself the team at reeds rains woodseats have been fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to future sellers and purchasers ! All costs were clearly set out upfront, and every effort was made to progress the sale to conclusion as quickly as possible, The team kept me fully informed at all times, and the information and advice provided was timely and reliable. Evie was really professional and made me feel at home straight away whilst showing me the property. Any query she couldn’t”t answer (which wasn’t many), she was willing to find answers for and explained everything whilst giving me space and time to view. A credit to her company, hopefully the rest of the experience goes as well.

Had a viewing for a house today with an agent called Harrison 10/10 would recommend them. very friendly and chatty, dropped some good jokes here and there and was very informative with the process of what we need to do. The agent who took my call when i was doing the application was also lovely and very polite. amazing service!!

????? Outstanding support when things got difficult
I first contacted Reeds Rains – previously at 16-18 Moorgate Street, now at Wickersley Rotherham in March 2024 to help me find a flat. From the start, I was told the landlord would manage the property. I thought it would make no difference whether it was managed by the agent or landlord, but it turned out to be a terrible experience all through my stay of over two years.
What impressed me most was that the team stood by me from beginning to end, even when issues arose over my deposit. They guided me step-by-step and helped me successfully recover my full deposit plus overpaid rent — something I could not have done without their support.
A special mention for Abby — even though she is no longer with the company, her hard work, resilience and dedication were truly noticed and appreciated. I also want to say the Accounts Department was absolutely amazing — efficient, helpful and always there when I needed them.
Thank you to every member of the team. I couldn't remember names, the branch manager and other staff members was brilliant. You turned a very stressful situation around and showed real care for your tenants. I highly recommend this office.

Selling our home has been difficult and at times very stressful. I am so grateful for the calm, professional and supportive guidance we received from Laura she guided us through all stages, gave us great advice and kept us updated throughout.
