When I decided to put my house on the market I got 4 estate agents in to give me a apraisal as to thr value of my 4 bedroom terrace house,
Of the 4 Robert Watts gave me the best estimated value.
I then decided to use them to sell my house.
House was only listed for less than a week and was sold at full asking price.
Great service and Communication throughout .
