Above & beyond service as always. My partner & I lost the house we were purchasing through a different agent, called Sam & he matched us to the perfect property that had only just gone on the market, viewed the same day at 6pm & offer agreed the following day at 9am. After viewing 9-10 different properties with numerous agents nothing compares to the service from the Robinsons team, every out of hours phone call & texts answered. Very happy buyers, when we come to sell, wouldn't hesitate to use Robinsons to sell our property

Poor experience as a potential buyer. I’d actively avoid looking at properties up for sale with robinsons. Looked at a property for sale via auction, received an email for feedback which I filled in stating I was interested in the property but would appreciate some contact to explain how exactly buying a property via auction works. Had absolutely no response. I’ve since spoken to my mortgage advisor who has told me to avoid but whilst I continue my property search I’ll be avoiding Robinsons.

Bit strange, as my sister applied for a rental property and I was to be the guarantor they denied my application even though my payslips were valid?
Stating I earn half the salary I put down?
They advised me that home let denied my application but they were Lieing as home let has written it in email stating the above.
MILLIE I think her name is the, she has been dealing with me on two occasions and for some reason both applications have been denied and then compulsively Lieing to me and my family.
To be honest she’s bad reputation to the company. She doesn’t even know left from right let alone a guarantor.
Would not recommend this company at all I don’t know if it’s racial profiling but to be honest it feels like that.
Would advise people to stay away!

We recently used Robinsons in Durham for sale of our old house and they were the agent for purchase of the new one. Communication was good throughout from Ann, Stacey, Keighley and Emily, while Keith was very knowledgeable valuing the house. Nothing was an issue throughout and would highly recommend.

If you are renting in Bishop Auckland, go elsewhere. Rude, unprofessional and not interested at all. They allowed a vulnerable tenant to live in a complete and utter pigsty with no roof, wall to wall mould, with bags of human waste and needles filling the yard and have consistently negated their legal obligations. Thankfully, the tenant has since moved out, these clowns won't be laughing when this gets to court. I cannot recommend this shambles of a company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
