The team at Royston and Lund were very professional but also kind, approachable and receptive to suggested changes. Gags, in his initial visit clearly explained the marketing process and Sally and Jodie were extremely proactive and helpful during the time our home was on the market.

My wife and I have been house hunting for a little bit now, and have felt that the staff at R&L have been really helpful. We've had a few viewings with them and although we're still on our journey we've found the knowledge the agents have imparted upon us to be very insightful. Especially Nick Ashford - and incredibly helpful chap! Really knows his stuff, and it's very refreshing to not feel pressured into a purchase. We had a couple of viewings with him, and although we still haven't found 'The One' we felt that he understood our position as a growing family. While we are still on the search, if we find the right property through Royston & Lund we will be very happy.

She’s patiently answered all my (never-ending!) queries, explained every step clearly and managed my expectations along the way.<br><br>This process is stressful at the best of times, but Alex has made it feel stress-free. I used Royston & Lund Ashby to sell my property in Overseal. From the start they were open, honest and informative regarding the selling process. Most importantly the communication and updates we got from Kirsty meant we were fully updated/aware of the sales progression.
