Recently sold my home with these guys and honestly couldn't have been happier with the service given to me by Kia McGrath. She stayed in constant contact and was always on hand to help with any questions I had, and she went the extra mile to make sure moving day went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>R&D may not be the cheapest around but I'd happily use them again knowing the level of service they provide.

I cannot thank Geraldine Marsden the most amazing move manager from Ryder & Dutton enough. Her incredible support throughout our buying process was always proactive, warm, and exceptionally professional, expecially when my solicitors where not that informative regarding the current stage of the house journey.<br><br>Moving home can be stressful, but having Geraldine as our Move Manager made a world of difference. She kept us updated every step of the way, navigated potential hurdles with ease, and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area.
Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in
Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.

Overall we were happy with the service from Ryder & Dutton. Our contact generally kept us up to date. We did not see much advertising and did have to ask for our updated photos to be changed online (winter to summer photos), We were supported though and given anything we needed when we asked. The girls in the office are friendly and always responded to our queries.
