Ryder and Dutton have been excellent with our house sale. Informative, patient and diligent with their work. A special shout out to Micheal their mortgage advisor who works in house a few days a week. He worked specifically hard to get us a good deal and was very thorough. If we were to sell again I would use Ryder and Dutton.

The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area.
Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in
Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.
