As first time buyers my partner and I were completely unknowledgeable about the house buying process. After hearing horror stories, I was petrified it was going to be difficult, slow, and stressful. My experience was completely the opposite. Once our offer was received we had weekly updates from our move manager, Geraldine Marsden. She was fantastic with communication, I didn’t have to chase for updates once. A truly superb experience that I’ll forever be grateful for! Thank you Geraldine!!

This the third time in the last 4-5 years that we have used Ryder & Dutton, which is a recommendation in itself. All the staff in Heywood have been pleasant, friendly and helpful. Also, they are proactive when it comes to arranging viewings and following up with potential buyers. R&D, for me, are the go-to estate agents in Heywood. Their long experience and knowledge of the housing market in Heywood allows them to value properties correctly. Their advice is always instructive. Absolutely no complaints.

Excellent service up to now. Higher valuation than other agents and sold within a few weeks above asking price. Really friendly, knowledgeable staff, especially Nicole, who kept in touch very regularly. Hope they continue with their excellent service through to completion.

Avoid at all costs.
This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property.
Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.
