I am very grateful for everyone at Sage&Co for helping me buy my first home. They were very helpful when asking to view the property multiple times to make sure the condition of the house hasn't changed due to a lengthy wait for the keys after the initial offer.<br><br>If I was to ever move I'd definitely look for a property with Sage&Co and would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking.

My mum recently sold her property with Sage & Co Risca and the family have nothing but praise for the professional and personable way the team dealt with all aspects of the sale. Throughout the process their communication was exemplary, with Carol Barton being particularly supportive and sensitive when things took a completely unpredictable turn. Whilst we would not want to use either of the solicitor firms again for conveyance, we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Carol and the team at Sage.

Wow! Sage & Co Risca branch are a 5***** agent and certainly the real deal!! They ensured that our sale was a smooth and stress free experience. The office manager Carol Barton and all staff at the Risca branch are professional, responsive and know their business inside and out. Carol was exceptional and outstanding, even answering our queries into the evening and outside business hours.
I have no hesitation in recommending this team of professionals, they are first class in the complicated world of house buying and selling.

The staff were friendly, polite, and professional overall. Our house was on the market for about six weeks and we only had two viewings during that time, so in the end we decided to take it off the market as the experience wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for.
One thing I didn’t like was that we met one estate agent for our valuation, initial consultation, and photos, but after that we never heard from him again. Instead, a different agent we’d never met carried out the viewings. This person didn’t know us or what we wanted potential buyers to know about our house, including specific details we’d shared with the original agent. We were disappointed as we expected the person we’d built rapport with to be the one doing the viewings
