We’ve had a really positive experience working with this property company. Josh in particular has been excellent — incredibly proactive with his sites and always on top of what’s needed. He works closely with the Directors on site and consistently feeds back to us regarding servicing and repairs, which makes everything run smoothly and efficiently.
It’s clear there’s strong communication and genuine care taken in managing their properties. We really value the professional and collaborative working relationship and look forward to continuing to work together.

I recently purchased a property through Sandersons, and I honestly can't rate them highly enough. Everyone I have spoken to, from the sales team through to progression, were really friendly and so knowledgeable. Linda was an absolute gem, guiding us through the process and keeping us informed every step of the way. The communication throughout was fantastic, and it always felt like I could ask any question, no matter how small, without an issue. If I ever have need of an estate agent in the area again, I'd use Sandersons without hesitation.

Dreadful customer service and responses
I would dispute your response. The review comes from personal interaction with Sandersons UK, their employee(s) and their reaction and treatment of individuals seeking transparency. It is not just about the issues mentioned in your reply, but much larger and more important matters
This is not a place to argue the facts of this dispute, rather for you to respond in a much more positive way that may lead to a different review

I had an excellent experience with Sanderson's, Wells, when buying my cottage with speedy replies to my queries and all the staff being very friendly and helpful. I have already recommended them to a friend.
