honestly cannot recommend Peter highly enough. From start to finish, he was absolutely incredible. Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had.

Great valuation team, friendly and professional, sadly once passed over to sales team they became less interested. Didn’t remember key facts about the house when doing viewings, even told buyers incorrect information about what we would leave.

Many thanks for helping us buy our first home, especially to Kaitlin! The emails with new houses were really helpful, as well as the quick responses to our many queries. There was great flexibility when it came to viewings too. Some other agents insisted on viewings for all interested parties on the same day, and then offers the next working day. This didn’t work for us as we wanted to be able to see a house a couple of times before offering, and Satchells allowed us to do this. Would defo recommend Satchells if you are looking to buy a property.

Satchells were amazing and helped us with our first home????
Kyla was our agent from the day of speaking to her regarding scheduling the viewing till we got the keys she was always available and checked with us multiple times during this timeline if we are comfortable and need any further assistance! She even checked on us after we collected the keys to see if we are all set !!
I would absolutely suggest and recommend Satchells for anyone who might be wondering who to reach out to!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon, Lee and Caitlin. All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!

Truly awful service. Had the property on the market for a few months, only managed to get to speak to someone once. Chased and spoken to reception over 5 times, agent never calls back.
We have since re let the flat with someone else and someone has moved in. As Satchells don’t answer the phone it’s still on Rightmove for sale.
Would avoid and use anyone else
