I would like to thank Satchels, and especially Tayla Mills, for their outstanding support throughout my house purchase.
From start to finish, Tayla was extremely professional and genuinely supportive at every stage. She answered all of my questions patiently and promptly, often before I had even had the chance to chase, and she kept in touch with regular calls to update me and check how things were progressing. She was always polite, approachable and a pleasure to deal with.
Buying a home can be a stressful process, but Tayla and the team at Satchels made it so much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you so much for all your help!

I cannot recommend Satchells Letchworth highly enough, and Tayla in particular. She was incredibly helpful at every stage of my purchase of 6 Yardley and handled the whole process with real professionalism. When challenges came up along the way, the team dealt with them calmly and effectively. Whenever I had even the smallest question or concern, Tayla got back to me straight away and did everything she could to resolve it. It made what can be a stressful process feel far more manageable. Thank you, Tayla and the Satchells team!

Good service from Satchells, but avoid Paul Taylor at Taylor Rose<br><br>Overall, I had a good experience with Satchells. The team were helpful, easy to contact by phone and did their best to keep things moving during what became a very difficult purchase.<br><br>Unfortunately, the vendor’s conveyancer, Paul Taylor, Consultant Solicitor at Taylor Rose, caused significant delays. There were multiple occasions where he was uncontactable for several days and enquiries were often not answered in full, resulting in repeated chasing and further delays. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious if he is acting for the vendor.<br><br>Satchells continued to chase where they could and helped get the purchase over the line. Overall a good experience with them despite a very frustrating purchase.

We had excellent service from Satchells. The house was well marketed and we had a buyer very quickly. Communication was good, so that any problems were quickly dealt with. Altogether a much smoother process than I was expecting.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon, Lee and Caitlin. All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!

honestly cannot recommend Peter highly enough. From start to finish, he was absolutely incredible. Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had.
What really stood out was his dedication and work ethic. He didn’t just do his job — he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. I can genuinely say he is light years ahead of any other estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.

Truly awful service. Had the property on the market for a few months, only managed to get to speak to someone once. Chased and spoken to reception over 5 times, agent never calls back.
We have since re let the flat with someone else and someone has moved in. As Satchells don’t answer the phone it’s still on Rightmove for sale.
Would avoid and use anyone else
