After five years with a tenant, the Tunbridge Wells Savills lettings team (Danielle and Chloe with great support) have done a fantastic job at finding me a great new tenant (three great offers). The process was really quick and efficient, everyone was thoroughly professional, and guided me through the new regulations. A really fast turnaround too, and allowing a between tenancy decoration refresh and general maintenance, and this all organised via property manager Tamsin, tenant now happily moved in. Can't recommend this team high enough. Fantastic integrated team working.

I cannot recommend Rosie at Savill's Summertown enough-she was always very speedy to respond, knowledgeable and made the whole renting process enjoyable.

Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse.
Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate.
Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

We received an exemplary service from Savills. They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

Mathew, the property manager at Savills, has been excellent at looking after my apartment over the years. He has been proactive in arranging any work that has been needed and responsive to enquiries and interactions with the various tenants.

I recently met Hugo at Chester Street, and he made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. He was charming, polite, and genuinely friendly from the moment we arrived.
