Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

We purchased our flat through Savills in Windsor and were very ably supported throughout the process by Kornelija Makareviciute- her communications throughout the process were excellent- and particularly so when we hit some problems during the legal process post offer. Whilst her client was the seller, we also felt that as purchasers she was responsive to our needs for information and she didn't hold back from nudging both set of solicitors and others in moving the process forward. Her process was very effective and we are grateful to her for that! We achieved exchange and completion within 3 months of offer which for a leasehold property seemed pretty good going!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Suzy really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the right property — even though it turned out to be something we hadn’t originally expected.
Once we made an offer, she made what can be a stressful process feel incredibly smooth, introducing us to amazing solicitors, thorough surveyors and a great moving company.

I am writing to express our sincere thanks and to formally recognise the exceptional service we received from Melissa Gallagher during the sale of our property, Northolme Farm.

The service from Savills Norwich was excellent. The valuation and subsequent sale price was as assessed by Ben. All staff were friendly ,helpful and efficient.David who showed people around our property was very professional. Natalie Howlett -Clarke was outstanding, her negotiating skills were impressive, she updated us on all developments in a pleasant and very competent way and was very supportive throughout.

The lettings team at Savills Oxford Summertown, in particular, Rosie De Keyser , and the property management team, in particular Charlotte Nugent and Isla Howell-Bayes, were amazing in the process of letting my property and now managing it.
