We purchased our property through Savills Wilmslow and the process from start to finish was first class and very professional.<br>Sarah carried out the surveys of the property and assisted with the negotiation then Lucy saw the process through from there maintaining dialogue with us, the estate agents and the solicitors.<br>They were always able to assist promptly with any questions and requests we had making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.<br>Overall I would highly recommend Savills when thinking of buying or selling your property.

Michelle was brilliant. So proactive throughout the sale of our house and kept us abreast of everything that was happening along the way. She facilitated communication between sellers and buyers really effectively and even chased up details that solicitors were slower to organise! On the whole, she made a potentially stressful experience feel easy!

The service from Savills Norwich was excellent. The valuation and subsequent sale price was as assessed by Ben. All staff were friendly ,helpful and efficient.David who showed people around our property was very professional. Natalie Howlett -Clarke was outstanding, her negotiating skills were impressive, she updated us on all developments in a pleasant and very competent way and was very supportive throughout.

All the staff at Savills in Newbury worked above and beyond to push our house sale through. Difficult market and everyone sitting tight and so the effort from Victoria and her team to sell our house was even more appreciated. Nicky and her team at Summertown have worked tirelessly and enthusiastically over the past year to get our 4th prospective buyer over the line. It has been a challenging task but the team never let go of the job and eventually it paid off. Also Nicky arranged a private sale of a cottage in the Village that will suit our needs very well. Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills
