After five years with a tenant, the Tunbridge Wells Savills lettings team (Danielle and Chloe with great support) have done a fantastic job at finding me a great new tenant (three great offers). The process was really quick and efficient, everyone was thoroughly professional, and guided me through the new regulations. A really fast turnaround too, and allowing a between tenancy decoration refresh and general maintenance, and this all organised via property manager Tamsin, tenant now happily moved in. Can't recommend this team high enough. Fantastic integrated team working.

I cannot recommend Rosie at Savill's Summertown enough-she was always very speedy to respond, knowledgeable and made the whole renting process enjoyable.

Not happy at ALL , SAVILLS ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SELLING A VALUABLE ASSET AT ANY PRICE TO GUARANTEE A COMMISSION . THIS SEEMS COMMON TO MOST SALARIED AGENTS IN 2023, CONSTANTLY CITING NEGATIVE MARKET CONDITIONS INSTEAD OF WORKING HARDER FOR THEIR CLIENTS .
