The process of selling any property is always fraught. The Stamford team have a very patient team who show prospective buyers around. TBH they need the patience of a saint with some people. The sales negotiator is very professional, (think I'd be drinking heavily if I had to deal with some buyers). A big thank you to everyone at the branch.

We have worked with a range of different letting agents over while renting our properties and have had a very mixed experience. And Savills have been the exception to that rule - Adam and his team have been absolutely brilliant. We have had great advice about the market and exceptional advice about handling awkward situations with tenants. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them.
